WORD FOR THE WISE: PROVERBS

PROVERB 7:1 My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee. 

The word of God is precious and His commandments are lovely. When we are in our right mind we will agree with God that what He commands is right, good, and true, and therefore it is not burdensome. The believer longs to keep His word and to do what pleases God. Thus, the only way we will be inclined to do what is right is to hid His word in our hearts, to keep them in our mind. ASK God to fill you with His wisdom, knowledge, and spiritual understanding! Lay his word with you, so that it is always near you, even when the book is far from your grasp.
