WORD FOR THE WISE: PROVERBS

PROVERB 13:15 Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.

Obedience is indeed better than sacrifice. God is gracious to give us his word with clear instruction. He does not only command us, but He shows us the way. That way is a Person- Jesus Christ His Son! If we look to Him, we will obtain wisdom and have understanding as to what God requires and how His grace has been won for us and freely given to us by faith. But to transgress God's law is to experience the difficult consequences of our own actions. Seek the grace and favor of God that comes with the wise understanding of a knowledge of Jesus Christ.
